全球第一个双年展“双年展之母西方艺术的风向标首届威尼斯双年展举行于 1895 年,自 1907年起,随着威尼斯双年展从全国艺术双年展扩大为国际艺术双年展,至今已成了历史最悠久的当代艺术和值得关注的建筑设计大展 (奇数年为艺术双年展,在偶数年为建筑双年)。

黄忠平,笔名黄山,1962年生,江苏启东人。中国美术家协会会员,中国书法家协会会员,现任职于国家高级研究员,中央级专家,清华大学美术学院绘画系客座教授,中国教育联盟客座教授,中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会会员,国家一级美术师,著名画家,中国国画艺术研究院副院长。中国国礼特供艺术家,全国名人书画艺术界联合会委员,中国书画家联谊会会员,中国书画家协会名誉主席,国家高级美术师,国家民族画院特聘书法家。

多次参加全国性比赛并获奖,获奖作品有《日照黄山》,《黄山云海》,《风云变幻》,《山在云中行》,《云山古刹》,《国色笑脸迎奥运》,《香艳和春》,《艳冠群芳》,《和谐之春》,《带笑迎宾》,《天生就美丽》等。

Huang Zhongping, whose pen name is Mount Huangshan, was born in Qidong, Jiangsu Province in 1962. Member of the Chinese Artists Association and the Chinese Calligraphers Association, currently serving as a national senior researcher, central level expert, visiting professor of the Painting Department of the School of Fine Arts at Tsinghua University, visiting professor of the China Education Alliance, member of the New Literature and Art Group Calligraphers and Painters Work Committee of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, national first-class artist, renowned painter, and vice president of the Chinese Academy of Traditional Chinese Painting Art. Chinese National Rites Special Artist, member of the National Federation of Famous Calligraphers and Painters, member of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, honorary chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, national senior artist, and specially appointed calligrapher of the National Academy of Ethnic Paintings.

He has participated in many national competitions and won prizes. His winning works include Sunshine on Mount Huangshan Mountain, Sea of Clouds on Mount Huangshan Mountain, Wind and Clouds Changing, Mountain Walking in the Clouds, Yunshan Ancient Temple, National Colorful Smiling Face Welcoming the Olympic Games, Fragrant Spring, Brilliant Crown, Harmonious Spring, Welcoming Guests with a Smile, and Born Beautiful.
