杜一恕，字润生，号无非堂主，1957年出生于广东省汕头市澄海区，国家一级艺术大师，国家一级书法家，首届中华艺术奥运盛典（象外窨蜂画派）创始人，中国通俗文艺研究会任命为中国艺术名家杜一恕工作室主任，中国国际文学艺术界联合会特聘的中国国际艺术委员会委员，中国收藏家协会会员，荣获2020年十三届全国人大三次会议、全国政协三次会议、全国两会推荐2020·当代艺术领军人物，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会委员，担任人民艺术鉴赏中心名誉副主席，国礼艺术家（高级），担任中国书画家协会副主席，受聘为中国教育联盟艺术教育委员会终身客座教授，中国楹联学会书法艺术研究会会员。2021年经由中国国际书画艺术家联合会、中国当代书画艺术协会、中国美术协会、中国书法协会、中国国家画院和当代书画艺术百杰评审组委会一致认定为“当代书画艺术百杰”，并授予“国宝级艺术大师”荣誉称号。作品入编“庆祝中意建交50周年高端文化交流项目之《行走在艺术中的中国古诗词》教科书”；获得首届中华艺术奥运盛典国画类山水（水墨山水）和山水（小青绿山水）两项的特等奖，并由冬奥之光组委会授予“冬奥艺术之星”的荣誉。由中国文化艺术界联合会和中国传统文化发展中心联合授予“艺术传承人物”称号。

He is a national first-class art master, a national first-class calligrapher, the founder of the first Chinese art Olympic Ceremony (xiangwaiyin bee painting school), and appointed as the director of the studio of Chinese famous artist Du Yishu by the China popular literature and Art Research Association, Member of the China International Art Committee specially invited by the China International Federation of literary and art circles, member of the China collectors association, won the 2020 · contemporary art leader recommended by the third session of the 13th National People's Congress, the third session of the CPPCC National Committee and the two sessions of the National People's Congress, member of the calligrapher and painter Working Committee of the new literature and art group of the Chinese calligrapher and painter Association, He served as honorary vice chairman of the people's art appreciation center, Guoli artist (Senior), vice chairman of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, lifelong visiting professor of the Art Education Committee of the China Education Union, and member of the Calligraphy Art Research Association of the Chinese couplet society. In 2021, it was unanimously recognized as the "top 100 contemporary calligraphy and painting artists" by the China International Federation of calligraphy and painting artists, China contemporary calligraphy and painting art association, China Art Association, China Calligraphy Association, China National Academy of painting and calligraphy, and awarded the honorary title of "national treasure art master". His work was included in the textbook "ancient Chinese poetry walking in art", a high-end cultural exchange project celebrating the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Italy; It won the special prize of traditional Chinese painting landscape (ink landscape) and landscape (small green landscape) at the first Chinese art Olympic grand ceremony, and was awarded the honor of "Winter Olympic Art Star" by the Organizing Committee of the Winter Olympic light.
