香樟敬墨堂主人刘石安，1945年1月生，湖南省株洲市攸县黄丰桥镇杨丰村人。中共党员，曾任村主干，乡企管理员，乡书店发行员，个体照相员。55岁闲休后，进入中华诗词(北京)创作研究中心函授进修1年，与传统诗词结缘，所作诗词入编《中国精典文学》等62O余部典籍中。撰写了巜-个先锋队员向艺术顶峰追逐》的诗学心得，由中央党校《理论前沿》杂志社征稿与中国领导科学研究会编辑入编《中国领导科学发展与实践》后，有《人民公仆》等近4O个典集转载，获理论界，新闻界，文学界，出版界好评。誉为有思想艺术高度，有传播广度，有影响深度的最具影响力的诗人，2009年获中华诗词终身成就奖，2o11年列入“中华诗词名家丛书》出版《古曲新词》个人诗集，在纪念鲁迅13O周年之际，由中国作家协会等授于"鲁迅文学奖"。

从小酷爱书法，小学毕业期书法练习作业由任课老师洪春林先生点评为“顶呱呱，呱呱叫”，在基层工作的几十年中抓住一切机会锻炼提升书写技能，闲休后与诗词创作並举，把自作诗词扦上艺术的翅膀，在国内外远走高飞，广泛交流展示，获得国内外文艺团体，媒体的好评如潮。

2008年连任攸县书法家协会理事，2010年连攸县作家协会理亊，2O11年中国国际画院聘为终身副院长。2007年首倡创办湖南省第一家乡镇文联，即黄丰桥镇文联，义务连任秘书长15年，2008加入株洲市书法家协会会员，2021年评为攸县笫三届十届乡贤之一。

2013年9月中国文学艺术研究会为我编辑第-个个人书法专集就冠名“国家艺术人物”，2014年6月中国国家书画网以《中国文化》专刊为我编辑第2个书法专集又冠名《国家文化传承人物》。

2016年1O月华夏国学出版社为我出版第3个书法专集冠以“东方之子，影响世界30位中国艺术家选集。2015年3月中华人民共和国文化部授于“文化名人"称号，人民日报社授予“爱国艺术家"称号，2016年冬，中国文联，中国书法家协会联合授予“-级书法师"称号，2O17年中国书法家协会破格接受为会员。2016年中国文化史学会为健在的欧阳中石先生与本人授予“荣耀中华，艺术终身成就奖，2018年由43家文艺团体推荐入编巜中华名贤录》文艺卷并授予“现代传奇人物》称号。2019年法国美术学院磷选入编《世界殿堂級艺术大师》20人集，2021年中国国家美术网编辑入编《中国艺术大红袍艺术家》合集并同时出版《大红袍艺术家刘石安》专集，中国现代文艺学会选入《行书宗师八大家》之一。

Liu Shi'an, the owner of Xiangzhang Jingmo Hall, was born in January 1945 in Yangfeng Village, Huangfengqiao Town, You County, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province. A member of the Communist Party of China, he used to be a village leader, a township enterprise administrator, a township bookstore publisher, and an inpidual photographer. After a leisure time at the age of 55, he entered the Chinese Poetry (Beijing) Creation Research Center for a year of correspondence study. He became attached to traditional poetry, and his poems were compiled into more than 620 classics such as "Chinese Classic Literature". Wrote the poetic experience of "A Pioneer Chasing the Peak of Art", edited by the Central Party School "Theoretical Frontier" magazine Journey and the China Leadership Science Society and edited into "Chinese Leadership Science Development and Practice", there are "People's Servants". " and other nearly 40 collections of classics have been reprinted, and have been well received by the theoretical circles, the press, the literary circles, and the publishing circles. Known as the most influential poet with the height of thought and art, the breadth of communication, and the depth of influence, he won the Chinese Poetry Lifetime Achievement Award in 209, and was included in the "Chinese Poetry Masters Series" in 2011 and published "Ancient Songs and New Ci". , On the occasion of the 130th anniversary of Lu Xun, he was awarded the "Lu Xun Literature Award" by the Chinese Writers Association.

I have loved calligraphy since I was a child, and the calligraphy practice homework in the graduation period of primary school was commented by Mr. Hong Chunlin, the teacher in charge of the class, as "creeping and screaming". In the decades of grassroots work, he seized every opportunity to improve his writing skills. After leisure, he and poetry creation were combined. Putting his own poems on the wings of art, he traveled far and wide at home and abroad, communicated and displayed extensively, and received rave reviews from domestic and foreign literary and art groups and the media.

In 2008, he was re-elected as director of Youxian Calligraphers Association, and in 2010, he was elected as director of Lianyou County Writers Association. In 2007, he initiated the establishment of the first township and literary federation in Hunan Province, namely Huangfengqiao Town Literary Federation. He was voluntarily re-elected as secretary-general for 15 years. In 2008, he joined the Zhuzhou Calligraphers Association.

In September 2013, the Chinese Literature and Art Research Association edited the first personal calligraphy album for me and named it "National Artistic Figures". Titled "National Cultural Heritage Figures".

In October 2016, Huaxia Guoxue Publishing House published my 3rd calligraphy collection titled "Son of the East, Anthology of 30 Chinese Artists Influencing the World. In March 2015, the Ministry of Culture of the People's Republic of China awarded the title of "Cultural Celebrity", People's Daily Awarded the title of "patriotic artist". In the winter of 2016, the China Federation of Literary and Art Circles and the Chinese Calligraphers Association jointly awarded the title of "-level calligrapher". In 2017, the Chinese Calligraphers Association was accepted as a member. In 2016, the Chinese Cultural History Society was the living Ouyang Zhongshi Mr. and I were awarded the "Glory to China, Art Lifetime Achievement Award. In 2018, 43 literary and art groups recommended it to be included in the compilation of China's Famous Sages" literary volume and awarded the title of "Modern Legend". In 2019, the French Academy of Fine Arts was selected to compile " A collection of 20 people in the world's palace-level art masters. In 2021, China National Art Network edited and compiled the collection of "Chinese Art Dahongpao Artists" and published a special collection of "Dahongpao Artist Liu Shi'an". The China Modern Literature and Art Society was selected into the "Eight Great Masters of Running Script" one.
