    黄忠平，笔名黄山，1962年生，江苏启东人。中国美术家协会会员，中国书法家协会会员，现任职于国家高级研究员，中央级专家，清华大学美术学院绘画系客座教授，中国教育联盟客座教授，中国书画家联谊会新文艺群体书画家工作委员会会员，国家一级美术师，著名画家，中国国画艺术研究院副院长。中国国礼特供艺术家，全国名人书画艺术界联合会委员，中国书画家联谊会会员，中国书画家协会名誉主席，国家高级美术师，国家民族画院特聘书法家。

    多次参加全国性比赛并获奖，获奖作品有《日照黄山》，《黄山云海》，《风云变幻》，《山在云中行》，《云山古刹》，《国色笑脸迎奥运》，《香艳和春》，《艳冠群芳》，《和谐之春》，《带笑迎宾》，《天生就美丽》等。

    Huang Zhongping, pseudonym Huangshan, was born in Qidong, Jiangsu Province in 1962. He is a member of the Chinese Artists Association, a member of the Chinese Calligraphers Association, and currently works as a national senior researcher, a central level expert, a visiting professor of the Painting Department of the Academy of Fine Arts of Tsinghua University, a visiting professor of the China Education Alliance, a member of the Calligraphers and Painters Working Committee of the New Artists Group of the Chinese Calligraphers and Painters Association, a national first-class artist, a famous painter, and a vice president of the Chinese Painting Art Research Institute. He is a special artist of China National Rites, a member of the National Celebrity Calligraphy and Painting Art Federation, a member of the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, the honorary chairman of the Chinese Calligrapher and Painter Association, a national senior artist, and a special calligrapher of the National National Academy of Painting.

    He has participated in many national competitions and won prizes. His winning works include Sunshine on Huangshan Mountain, Sea of Clouds on Huangshan Mountain, Wind and Clouds Changing, Mountain Walking in the Clouds, Yunshan Ancient Temple, National Colorful Smile to Welcome the Olympic Games, Fragrance and Spring, Brilliant Crown, Harmonious Spring, Welcoming Guests with a Smile, Born Beautiful, etc.
